Your estimate shows the nightly rent, a one-time cleaning fee of $250, and the Massachusetts, Barnstable and Cape Cod water-protection room occupancy taxes (14.45% combined, charged on rent and cleaning). Stays longer than 31 nights are exempt from occupancy tax. A refundable security deposit is also required.
Absolutely. Stays of 7 nights or more get 10% off the nightly rent. We also welcome month-long and off-season stays; just ask for a quote.
The house comes with a Barnstable beach parking pass, good at town beaches including Loop Beach in Cotuit and Craigville Beach in Centerville.
